Choosing the Right Boat and Motor
We have more than 30 years' experience helping our customers choose the best inflatable boat and motor for their needs.
Let us help you.
The size of tender and motor depend on a number of factors.
-
What your yacht can support
-
Your passenger & cargo-carrying needs
-
What activities you'll be doing in your tender
Your yacht's limits
If you need a tender for your yacht or powerboat, make sure you know the maximum dimensions of the tender your yacht and davit can support.
Passengers & Cargo
The maximum passengers capacity, as stated in the technical specifications, and the number or real seating places in the boat may differ.
Decide how many people you need to carry, and then check how many seating places the boat has. Also, if you're going to be hauling a lot of cargo, you'll need to factor that in.

Activities
Cruising
Depending on where you'll be using your boat, water conditions will vary significantly. Rigid-hulled inflatables are more stable and safe than conventional tenders, but make sure you match your boat and motor choice to water conditions and distances you'll need to travel.
Water Sports
If you are going to use your boat for water skiing or towing recreational inflatables, you will need at a minimum a 30-horsepower engine. Our highly knowledgeable team can ensure that the boat you choose can support that.
